UILIがISO/TC334 Reference materialsのLiaison Category A member

　ISOのREMCO(Committee on Reference Materials; 標準物質委員会、1975年設置)は、ISO全般のTC(Technical Committee)及びWG(Working Group)に標準物質に係るGuide等を提供する活動を行ってきましたが、TMB(Technical Management Board; 技術管理評議会)の下部組織から、TC(Technical Committee)へと組織変更されることが本年2021年2月に決まりました。TCへ移行することによりGuideだけではなく、ISO国際規格が開発できることになります。なお、新しく設置されたCommitteeは、『TC 334 Reference materials』です。

　UILIは、2016年3月17日にREMCOのLiaison Category A memberに登録され、活動して来ましたが、今回のTC334の設置にあたり、日環協からUILI経由でLiaison Category A memberポジションの申請を行い、2021年3月19日に承認されましたのでご報告させて頂きます。

TC(Technical Committee)またはSC(Sub Committee)が取り扱う課題に関する業務について、そのTCまたはSCの業務に効果的な貢献をする団体。これらの団体には、すべての関連文書のコピーが送付され、会議への招請がなされる。Participating memberの2/3の承認が必要。投票の義務はありません(できません)が、Participating member (1国l機関)と同様にGuide及び規格に意見を提出することができます。
